Knowledge Sources
This page describes project knowledge concepts. See Projects and Knowledge Garden for current screenshots of the related surfaces.
Project knowledge gives channels and specialists shared reference material. Use it for briefs, requirements, research, support feedback, API notes, or design context.
Add Knowledge
Open the project and use the project knowledge controls when you are ready to add context. Depending on your workspace, knowledge can come from existing Knowledge Garden plots, files, folders, repositories, or other connected sources.
Use Knowledge in Project Channels
Once knowledge is attached to a project, specialists in project channels can use it as part of their context. This keeps answers grounded in project-specific material instead of generic assumptions.
Keep It Current
Update or remove stale knowledge sources when the project changes. Old briefs, outdated APIs, and obsolete research can make specialist responses worse.
Next Steps
- Configuration. Connect repository and folder context.
- Knowledge Garden. Manage broader workspace knowledge.
- Chat. Ask specialists to use project context.
