Settings

Settings let you customize your account, manage your workspace, and configure the tools your specialists use. Open settings by clicking your workspace name at the bottom of the sidebar, then selecting Settings.

Settings open as a full-page view with a sidebar listing every section. The sidebar groups sections into three categories: Account, Workspace, and Configure.

Account

Account settings apply to you personally and follow you across workspaces.

Personal

Your profile card, display name, avatar, notification preferences, and account actions like logging out.

Preferences

Appearance settings (theme and UI scale), language and translation options, notification toggles, and the release channel picker.

Both are covered on the Personal and Preferences page.

Workspace

Workspace settings affect everyone in the workspace. Most sections here are admin-only.

Details

The workspace icon and name. Only admins can edit these fields. See Workspace.

Preferences

Members

Invite members by email, manage roles (Admin, Member, Guest), set up domain-verified email join, and copy invite links. Admin only. See Workspace.

Billing

Plan selection, credit balance, per-model usage breakdown, transaction history, and top-up options. Admin only. See Billing.

Configure

Configure sections control the tools and integrations that power your workspace.

Connections

Language Servers

Install and manage Language Server Protocol providers for code intelligence. Desktop only. See Language Servers.

Permissions

Review active sessions, channel permissions, and specialist permissions. Revoke access when needed. See Permissions.

Sandbox

Create sandbox profiles that control specialist filesystem and network access. Includes an onboarding wizard and violation logs. See Sandbox.

MCP Servers

Add, edit, and remove Model Context Protocol servers that give specialists additional tools and context. Filter by scope: All, Project, Personal, Workspace, or Org. See MCP Servers.

Development

Download and manage local Hugging Face models. A testing section is visible in development mode only. See Development.

Browser Extensions

Install and manage Chrome extensions inside the desktop app's embedded browser. Useful when a specialist needs to drive a real Chrome experience that depends on extension behavior. Desktop only. See Browser Extensions.

Admin-Only Sections

Workspace Preferences, Members, and Billing only appear in the sidebar if you are a workspace owner or admin. If you do not see these sections, ask an admin to check your role.

Desktop-Only Features

Language Servers requires the desktop app with LSP support enabled. It appears grayed out with a tooltip on other platforms.
